Works primarily in a secure property and evidence storage facility within a law enforcement environment. Duties are performed in both office and warehouse-like settings and may require exposure to varying temperatures, dust, odors, noise, and potentially hazardous or biohazardous materials while following established safety protocols and the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Frequent interaction with law enforcement personnel, court officials, external agencies, and members of the public is required. Position may require occasional work outdoors when receiving, storing, or releasing large property items or vehicles.
