Part-Time Virtual Outbound Call Center Representative

We're an appointment-setting call center looking for part time outbound call center professionals who enjoy connecting with customers and setting quality appointments. We believe great people build great teams, so we're always interested in meeting talented individuals. This posting is for future openings.
What You'll Do
  • Call homeowners who have expressed interest in home improvement services
  • Set qualified appointments while meeting performance goals
  • Work a fixed schedule that you build within our available business hours
  • Friday availability is required
  • Sunday availability is required
What We're Looking For
  • Prior outbound call center experience (appointment setting preferred)
  • Strong listening skills and a professional phone presence
  • Ability to multitask while speaking on the phone and navigating multiple computer applications
  • Texas residency required
  • Reliable, dependable, and able to consistently work required Friday and Sunday shifts
Pay and Benefits
  • $15.00–$17.00 per hour, based on experience
  • Pay increase after 30 days of employment
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) after 90 days for both full-time and part-time employees
  • Paid online training
Technical Requirements
  • High-speed wired internet connection (Wi-Fi not permitted)
  • Windows 11 or newer with at least 8GB RAM and a 2.10 GHz processor
  • Webcam required for training and meetings
