Travel Requirements: 100%
Schedule: MINIMUM 14 days on and 7 days off including evenings, holidays, and weekends. Higher utilization will require longer rotations.
Work Location: This position requires 100% travel. Work locations will vary between the Permian, Haynesville, Bakken, and Appalachia basins, as well as neighboring states. All new hire training will be based in Zelienople, PA.
Work Environment is non-traditional. Frequent trips to remote job sites will require working in a variety of potentially harsh weather conditions.
Entry Level - Greenhat
As a Greenhat, you will play a vital role in supporting Hydraulic Completions Unit (HCU) operations at the wellsite. This entry-level position involves hands-on fieldwork and requires extensive travel, typically working 14 days on and 7 days off rotations. You must be prepared for physically demanding tasks in extreme and variable weather conditions, ensuring safe and efficient operations on the ground.

Duties
  • Show up on time and fit for duty.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Inspect rigging, tools, and equipment before each shift and as necessary during use.
  • Handle pipe and equipment safely, keeping hands, fingers, feet, and other body parts clear of pinch points.
  • Clean, inspect, and return all tools and equipment to proper storage locations after use.
  • Use clear communication when performing tasks with other personnel.
  • Follow direction and perform miscellaneous labor tasks.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including participation in JSAs, hazard assessments, and safety meetings
  • Work closely with crew members to ensure safe and efficient operations
  • Communicate clearly when performing tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Skills & Abilities
Education: High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience)
Experience: Labor or construction industry experience preferred
Other Requirements: Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and produce a negative drug screen.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical.
  • Stand, walk, and lift tools for extended periods of time.
  • Lift up to 50lbs – 80lbs.
  • Perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Work in extreme weather conditions.
  • Work scheduled rotations at any location (14/7) including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Always maintain 100% fall protection when performing elevated work.
