VOICE CHARACTERISTICS: FEMALE, “MATURE” (~35–55 YEARS OLD), NATURAL RATHER THAN POLISHED/ROBOTIC — RETAINING NATURAL PAUSES, DISFLUENCIES, AND NATURAL WORD EMPHASIS. Personality and Tone: 1. Conversational and likeable for customers (e.g., friendly, empathetic, patient) 2. Natural and approachable in a dialogue 3. Intelligent, confident, engaged, and builds trust 4.
