A prominent high-net-worth family is seeking a polished, hospitality-driven, and highly organized Travel Host & Interior Manager / Flight Attendant to join their team. The family values discretion, professionalism, flexibility, and exceptional service. This individual will play an integral role in ensuring seamless hospitality and elevated presentation standards across the family's private residences and aircraft. Former yacht stew experience is preferred, though the family is open to candidates with luxury hospitality or aviation backgrounds and may provide flight attendant school training for the right person.

Responsibilities
In-Residence Hospitality & Interior Management

  • Deliver elevated five-star hospitality service within the family's private homes
  • Prepare residences ahead of principal and guest arrivals to ensure all spaces are immaculate and guest-ready
  • Provide elegant table service, cocktail service, and hospitality support during meals and gatherings
  • Oversee guest room preparation, turndown service, and luxury presentation standards throughout the home
  • Coordinate inventories, provisioning, and household hospitality supplies
  • Assist with event preparation, floral arrangements, décor presentation, and maintaining an elevated atmosphere
  • Work collaboratively with household staff and vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail throughout all interior spaces
Private Aircraft & Travel Hospitality
  • Deliver white-glove in-flight service aboard the family's private aircraft
  • Prepare aircraft cabins prior to departures, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and comfort
  • Coordinate catering, beverages, amenities, and personalized travel preferences
  • Provide attentive food and beverage service during flights
  • Maintain inventory of onboard supplies and ensure all items are impeccably stocked and presented
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide a seamless, welcoming travel experience
  • Assist with travel logistics and coordination as needed

Requirements
