Position SummaryBalances, installs, and rotates tires. Stocks tires and batteries and repairs tires. Answers questions, makes recommendations, and assists members with purchasing/returning tires and batteries. Provides a high level of member service. Job Duties<ul><li> Locates member cars in the tire shop area of the lot. Lists body damage on service order. Drives member vehicle into install bay and onto hydraulic hoist. Raises auto.</li><li>Removes the wheel using an impact gun. Rolls wheel to mounting machine, removes tire from wheel. Cleans hub and wheel rim with wire brush. Attaches new valve stem, mounts new tire on wheel, fills tire to appropriate air pressure.</li><li>Operates automatic balance machine to get reading of proper weight and placement to balance wheel.
