Student Conduct Officer

<p><strong data-start="81" data-end="213">The American University in the Emirates </strong>is seeking a highly efficient and professional<strong data-start="81" data-end="213"> Student Conduct Officer </strong>to join our team<strong data-start="81" data-end="213">.</strong> This role is critical to ensuring that all students adhere to the university’s rules and regulations. The Student Conduct Officer will play a key part in maintaining a safe and orderly campus environment by monitoring student behavior, addressing conduct issues, and promoting a culture of respect and accountability.</p><p><strong>Qualifications & Education</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited university</li><li>1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field</li><li>Experience in Student Conduct or Student Life is preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills / Training / Knowledge</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills in Arabic and English</li><li>Ability to work under pressure</li><li>Ability to tactfully and politely deal with difficult situations</li><li>Appreciation of cultural diversity</li></ul><p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt;">Enforcement of University policies by monitoring and enforcing compliance with university rules and regulations.</li><li style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt;">Address and resolve student conduct issues, ensuring due process is followed.</li><li style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt;">Document and report incidents of misconduct, ensuring accurate and timely records.</li><li style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt;">Regularly patrol the campus to ensure compliance with conduct policies and provide a visible presence and report violations to the OSL Manager.</li><li style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt;">Work closely with campus security, Student Life Office, and other university departments to promote a safe and respectful campus environment.</li><li style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt;">Prepare detailed reports on conduct cases and maintain comprehensive records.</li><li style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt;">Provide support to students involved in conduct cases, offering guidance on university policies and resources.</li><li style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt;">Perform any other duties requested by the immediate supervisor.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>About American University in the Emirates (AUE):</strong></p><p>The American University in the Emirates (AUE) invites applications from well-qualified candidates for a range of faculty and administrative positions.
