Senior Director, Growth & Demand Marketing

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work. Wrike is our people, not a place.

As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. Our vision: A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.

About the Role

Are you ready to become a Wriker? Wrike is looking for a US remote Senior Director, Growth & Demand Marketing to lead our global demand generation engine, scale high-impact ABM programs, and drive enterprise pipeline growth.

You'll own your outcomes, from the strategies you run to the conversations that shape what we build next. In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee integrated campaigns, field marketing, ABM and events. You will act as the principal architect of our buyer journey-driven marketing strategies, designing and executing integrated campaigns that position Wrike as the essential collaborative work management (CWM) system of record.

Partnering closely with Sales VPs, Product Marketing, Paid Digital, Content, and Creative teams, you will leverage advanced AI tools and pragmatic marketing frameworks to solve complex pipeline challenges and fuel top-line revenue growth.

Your Impact

  • Drive Strategic Pipeline Growth: Conceptualize, build, and optimize targeted, multi-channel B2B marketing programs, campaigns, and high-touch ABM initiatives designed to generate and accelerate enterprise pipeline and bookings.
  • Lead Events & Field Marketing: Oversee Wrike’s event portfolio—including our flagship Collaborate conference, high-touch networking events, and key industry trade shows—ensuring seamless integration with sales follow-up strategies to nurture leads into closed-won business.
  • Sales & Executive Alignment: Partner cross-functionally with VPs of Sales and Sales Development to create tailored, vertical-specific campaigns and account-level strategies that maximize pipeline ROI.
  • Measurement & Optimization: Establish and maintain a continuous campaign measurement framework. Define campaign-level KPIs, optimize demand gen funnel performance, and enforce best-practice lead lifecycle and follow-up standards across teams.
  • AI & Workflow Innovation: Drive operational efficiency across your team by leveraging Wrike’s core workflows and implementing cutting-edge AI tools to scale campaign execution, enhance personalization, and optimize demand gen strategies.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and elevate a high-performing, self-sufficient team spanning Demand Generation, ABM, and Events, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Your Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive B2B demand generation and growth marketing leadership experience at a SaaS organization.
  • Domain & Funnel Expertise: Deep expertise in key demand generation concepts: buyer’s journey mapping, lead management frameworks, pipeline acceleration, and pragmatic marketing methodologies.
  • Omnichannel Mastery: Proven track record running life-cycle marketing, email marketing, webinars, digital marketing, content syndication, and enterprise integrated campaign strategies.
  • Strategic & Executional Balance: Demonstrated ability to operate seamlessly at a 2–3 year strategic horizon while remaining grounded in execution and campaign details.
  • Sales Collaboration: Track record of successful strategic alignment with enterprise sales leaders, field teams, and executive stakeholders to drive revenue.
  • Analytical Skills: Mastery of marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot), CRM tools, and demand gen measurement frameworks.
  • Intent-Based Marketing: Familiarity with 6sense and its application to account prioritization, audience targeting, and integrated campaigns.
  • Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.

Standout Qualities

  • Enterprise Focus: Experience marketing to complex enterprise buying committees (Marketing, PMO, Professional Services, and IT).
  • High-Touch ABM & Events Experience: Proven history of building tailored, high-touch ABM campaigns and managing high-impact corporate/field events that deliver measurable pipeline ROI.
  • AI & Automation Trailblazer: Hands-on experience identifying and adopting advanced AI tools and automated workflows to accelerate marketing productivity and scale demand programs.
  • Leadership Excellence: A passion for coaching and developing marketing talent, building succession pipelines, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance team culture.
