Role Overview

As a Senior Cybersecurity Customer Success Manager at Arenaflex, you will be the linchpin that connects our clients to the full value of our platform. Based on the West Coast, you will champion the success of our enterprise and government customers across the Asia‑Pacific region. Your day‑to‑day work will involve managing complex projects, nurturing relationships, and driving adoption of our advanced threat defense tools—all while navigating multiple time zones and shifting priorities with agility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Leadership – Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trust and ensuring their objectives are met.
  • Project Management – Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of client initiatives, from scoping and scheduling to execution and post‑implementation review.
  • Onboarding & Training – Design and deliver customized onboarding plans, product demos, and ongoing training sessions that accelerate adoption.
  • Retention & Renewals – Guide clients through renewal cycles, proactively addressing concerns and securing long‑term loyalty.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Partner with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Support to resolve technical issues and align on client priorities.
  • Process Improvement – Identify gaps in the customer journey and champion scalable, efficient processes that elevate the experience.
  • Strategic Insight – Provide data‑driven feedback to leadership and product teams, shaping future roadmap and market positioning.
  • Mentorship – Coach and develop junior CSMs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience with cybersecurity solutions and technical troubleshooting.
  • 5+ years in Account Management, Project Management, Customer Success, Technical Support, or Consulting roles with enterprise or government customers.
  • Proficiency in CRM (reputed company) and Customer Success platforms (reputed company, reputed company 365, reputed company Workspace).
  • Exceptional attention to detail—precision in documentation, scheduling, and cross‑functional communication.
  • Adaptability and agility—thriving in a dynamic environment where priorities shift rapidly.
  • Demonstrated project management expertise—leading complex initiatives from inception to completion.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Willingness to travel 25–30% internationally across the Asia‑Pacific region.

Preferred Qualifications
