As a Seasonal Remote Customer Service Representative – Provider Services, you will be the frontline liaison between arenaflex and the medical providers that power our platform. Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound & Inbound Call Management – Make proactive outbound calls to provider offices, medical groups, and other healthcare entities while also handling inbound inquiries from providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Data Collection & Verification – Coordinate the acquisition of medical records, ensuring that all documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Research & Analysis – Investigate provider data, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and conduct research to resolve issues before they impact our clients.
  • Process Adherence – Follow established procedures and protocols for data collection, record handling, and communication to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Problem Resolution – Use effective communication skills to troubleshoot and resolve provider concerns via phone and email, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Project Support – Contribute to limited‑scope projects related to provider services, such as process improvement initiatives or system integrations.
  • Performance Metrics – Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals for call volume, data accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with cross‑functional teams—including Sales, Operations, and Technical Support—to ensure seamless provider onboarding and ongoing service excellence.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or data‑intensive environment.
  • Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems.
