As part of our rapidly expanding remote workforce, you will join a diverse team of passionate professionals who share a common goal: ensuring that every piece of content on our platform reflects the values of respect, creativity, and safety.

Why This Role Matters

In today’s hyper‑connected world, the responsibility of moderating user‑generated content is more critical than ever. As a Remote Support Specialist – Entry‑Level Online Content Moderator, you will be on the front lines of arenaflex’s effort to protect users from harmful, misleading, or inappropriate material. • Discussion Moderation: Monitor comment threads, intervene in heated conversations, and remove or edit content that breaches community guidelines.
  • User Communication: Provide clear, courteous explanations to users regarding moderation decisions, helping them understand policy rationale and encouraging positive behavior.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Log each moderation action in arenaflex’s internal tracking system, noting the type of violation, action taken, and any contextual details that support future policy refinement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior moderators, policy analysts, and product teams to share insights, flag emerging trends, and contribute to continuous improvement of moderation tools.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in periodic audits of your own work and peer reviews to maintain high accuracy and consistency across the moderation team.
