Key Responsibilities
- Enter, validate, and maintain new culinary and supplier SKUs in arenaflex’s proprietary SPS/Octopus tool, following strict Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensure data completeness and accuracy across all platforms, promptly flagging and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Procurement & Supply Chain Management (SCM) teams to reconcile data, support forecasting, ordering, and shipping processes.
- Communicate regularly with cross‑functional stakeholders—including Product Ops, SQOC, and Jira/Rhubarb teams—to share insights, raise concerns, and propose process improvements.
- Deactivate or offboard SKUs that are no longer needed, coordinating with relevant functions to maintain data hygiene.
- Perform ad‑hoc administrative tasks such as updating Excel tables, generating reports, and creating dashboards as required.
