About the Role

This is a true inbound customer service role. Youll support existing customers and respond to inbound inquiries from small business owners who have applied online or are calling for assistance.
What Youll Do- Provide prompt, professional support with a focus on onecall resolution
- Handle inbound calls and follow up on online applications
- Assist customers with policy questions related to coverage, billing, and general clarification
- Accurately document interactions and enter inbound leads in a timely manner
- Navigate multiple systems while multitasking between calls, documentation, and followups
