Part-Time Personal + Content Assistant, LA / Hybrid 💌

Hi! I’m looking for a part-time personal + content assistant who can basically help me get my life and social media together lol.

I’m a model, actress, musician and content creator based in LA. I’m trying to take social media more seriously, grow my following, and build my online presence — but actually posting consistently is where I struggle.

I LOVE creating content and am constantly taking photos/videos, especially when I’m traveling, at shoots, events, etc. The problem is I overthink what to post, which pictures are best, what order they should go in, whether something should be a post/story/Reel/TikTok, captions, timing, etc. Then I end up with literally months of good content sitting in my camera roll 😭

I’m looking for someone who genuinely understands Instagram + TikTok, has a really good eye, keeps up with trends, and can help take that entire part off my brain.

I don’t necessarily need someone with years of professional social media experience. I care much more about finding someone who gets my aesthetic, has good taste, is organized, understands what performs well, and can confidently make decisions and help me grow.

I also make music, so a BIG plus if you understand music/artist marketing and can help me naturally incorporate my music into my content as I release more — without making my page suddenly feel like one giant advertisement.

Some things I’d love help with:

- Going through and organizing my huge backlog of photos/videos

- Picking the strongest photos + deciding carousel order

- Deciding what should be a feed post, Story, Reel or TikTok

- Helping with captions, songs/audio, trends and content ideas

- Creating content ideas that still feel like ME

- Helping me post consistently instead of letting content sit for months

- Keeping a simple content calendar

- Looking at what performs well and helping me strategically grow my followers

- Finding natural ways to incorporate/promote my music

- Occasionally helping take photos/videos when we’re together

- Helping organize content around shoots, trips, events and music releases

- Occasional personal assistant tasks like research, organization, errands, appointments, etc.

One of the biggest things I’m looking for is someone who can have their own opinion and make decisions. If I send you 100 photos, I want you to be able to come back and say, “These are the 7. This is the order. This is what we’re posting.” Having to make 500 tiny decisions myself is exactly what I’m trying to avoid 😂

I’m totally open to someone early in their career or a college student. You don’t need an insane résumé. If you’re chronically online, understand current social media, have a great eye and genuinely love fashion, beauty, travel, music, entertainment and creator culture, I’d love to hear from you.

Location: Preferably Los Angeles. This can be hybrid — a lot can be done remotely, but I’d love someone local who can occasionally work with me in person.

Hours: Starting around 4–6 hours per month. There’s definitely potential for more hours and responsibilities over time if we work well together and things grow.

Rate: $18–$25/hour depending on experience.

When applying, please tell me a little about yourself and include:

- Your Instagram/TikTok or examples of content/accounts you’ve worked on (if you’re comfortable sharing)

- A few creators whose content/aesthetic you love

- Any experience or interest you have in music/artist content

- And most importantly: If I sent you 100+ photos/videos from a trip I took months ago and still haven’t posted, what would you do with them?

I’ll most likely start with a small paid trial to make sure we’re a good fit 💕

Several years ago, I was working in a team to plan a big event. My supervisor made us all work as a team before the big day. One of our activities has been to find out how each of us processes information...

6. HOW DO YOU MANAGE THE CALENDAR AND THE PROGRAM? WHICH APPLICATIONS / SYSTEM DO YOU USE?

Or you may receive even more specific questions, such as: What's on your calendar? Do you plan blocks of time to do certain types of work? Do you have an open calendar that everyone can see?...

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
