Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in helping us make data-driven decisions to optimize our hiring processes, improve our applicant tracking system, and enhance our overall recruiting strategy. You'll work closely with our engineering teams to design, build, and maintain data models, collect and analyze data, and present insights to non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

  • Apply a product-centric approach to data and reporting, ensuring discoverability through user-excellent documentation and trustworthiness with rigorous data tests
  • Design, build, and maintain data models to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for analysis
  • Collect, analyze, and present data from our system, while providing a subset of potentially unrelated data points/filters to draw conclusions
  • Effectively communicate data insights to non-technical audiences, including stakeholders and end-users
  • Recognize patterns to define gaps in the applicant tracking system and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure a seamless integration with downstream systems and accurate reporting to stakeholders

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field
  • Previous experience working with People or Recruiting organizations, or in-depth knowledge of the full cycle recruiting process
  • Prior relational database experience, including proficiency in SQL and other query languages
  • Understanding of CI/CD workflows and automated testing
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Critical thinking and a problem-solving approach to data analysis
