The Cabin Attendant will manage the overall operation of the aircraft's cabin services, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and legendary experience for all Clay Lacy clientele. The role also involves maintaining the aircraft's inventory and ensuring the cabin is prepared and stocked according to owner's preferences.<br><br><ul><li>Aircraft: Gulfstream G650/G700</li><li>Location: Van Nuys, CA (KVNY) and Ronkonkoma, NY (KISP) </li><li>Compensation: $190,000 - $220,000; with fully paid medical and healthcare premium.</li><li>Operation: Pt. 91 & 135 - Approximately 300 hours annually.<br><br></li></ul>This position <strong> requires </strong> that candidates have 3+years Part 91 and/or Part 135 large cabin private/corporate jet experience.<br><br><strong>Duties And Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li> Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and protocols while providing exceptional service to passengers.</li><li> Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of the owner's food preferences, needs, allergies, and other personalized requests.</li><li> Regularly update passenger profiles and maintain accurate aircraft inventory records.</li><li> Organize and maintain owner lockers, cages, and office spaces, ensuring all aircraft bedding, cabin supplies, and equipment are accounted for and well-maintained.</li><li> Conduct routine inventory checks to ensure quality, consistency, and readiness of all cabin supplies.</li><li> Prepare the aircraft with necessary amenities, catering, and special requests, ensuring the cabin is spotless and all items are current and in place before each flight.</li><li> Source. shop for and stock the aircraft with the owner's requests and preferred items, rotating supplies and replacing items as needed.</li><li> Proactively identify and address any issues related to aircraft's cabin wear and tear, coordinating with the Pilot in Command (PIC) or appropriate department.</li><li> Safely offload and on-load aircraft items during regular maintenance events or as required.</li><li> Set up the aircraft for showings to potential charter clients, ensuring it meets the highest standards.</li><li> Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the owner's schedule, adjusting to changes in flight schedules as necessary.</li><li> Maintain continuous communication with In-Flight Services management to ensure smooth operations and support.</li><li> Perform other duties as assigned or requested.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Travel Expectations<br><br></strong><ul><li> Travel will occur with prolonged overnight stays in domestic and international locations.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Competencies And Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li> Create strong customer relations and deliver customer-centric solutions.</li><li> Take on new opportunities and challenges with a sense of urgency and enthusiasm.</li><li> Work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.</li><li> Communicate a clear understanding of the needs of varied audiences and modes.</li><li> Gain the trust and confidence of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.</li><li> Make good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward.</li><li> Hold self and others accountable to commitments.</li><li> Be results-driven, consistently achieving objectives.</li><li> Use feedback and reflection to gain self-awareness of strengths and weaknesses.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Essential Job Functions<br><br></strong><ul><li> Able to comply with all safety requirements necessary to perform the job safely.</li><li> Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.</li><li> Always provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.</li><li> Complete Clay Lacy Aviation and other job-related training</li><li> Ability to make decisions with multiple objectives and implement them in a safe, efficient manner.</li><li> Follow oral and written directions; plan and complete assigned duties on a regular schedule; and maintain good working relationships with others.</li><li> Schedules are subject to change.
