Drive With Purpose. Earn Based on Performance. Grow With Us.

Looking for a rewarding driving career with competitive weekly pay, great benefits, and a team that values your hard work? You're in the right place.

Weekly Pay Potential – Up to $1,508
Top-performing drivers working a 5-day schedule can earn up to $1,508/week – and that’s just the beginning. Pay is performance-based and depends on your safety, reliability, and dispatch evaluation, not your years of experience. This means every driver has an equal opportunity to earn more, grow faster, and access additional hours over time.

We offer a starting pay range of $22.00 – $26.00 per hour, based on performance metrics—not tenure. Hours: 40–52 hours/week, with the ability to reach 55+ hours once you're a top performer.

Probation Period and $600 Sign-On Bonus Opportunity
New drivers will go through a probation and coaching period, the length of which depends on your experience. During this time, you will receive guidance and support to develop your skills, learn best practices, and become a top performer.

Upon successful completion of probation, drivers can earn a $600 sign-on bonus.
The bonus will be paid once the following conditions are met:

  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and grow
  • Commitment to punctuality and being on time
  • Consistent dedication to safety, performance, and reliability

This probation period is designed to help you maximize your potential and position yourself as a top performer on our team.
