About TruHerd

TruHerd is a premier technology company built specifically for the exotic livestock and wildlife industry. We empower ranchers, breeders, and buyers to seamlessly list, discover, and transact on animals without having to rely on fragmented word-of-mouth networks, group chats, or traditional brokerage setups. Our platform streamlines everything from herd management and listings to post-sale transport coordination.

As an early-stage company with an active product and growing user base, our primary focus is driving user success—ensuring ranchers effectively get onboarded, list, sell, and build lasting relationships on the platform.

TruHerd is proud to be the official technology partner of the Exotic Wildlife Association (EWA).

As a Customer Success Associate, you will serve as the primary human touchpoint for our user community. From onboarding new members to assisting ranchers with listing creation, pricing, and buyer follow-ups, you will be instrumental in guiding transactions across the finish line.

Additionally, you will collect valuable field feedback to help shape future product developments.

This is a relationship-driven, phone-first position. Expect 5–10 phone calls on active workdays, alongside prompt text and email follow-ups. Rather than handling transactional support tickets, you will build authentic, trust-based relationships with industry professionals who value personal connections and clear communication.

●Onboard New Users: Provide high-touch guidance during account creation, payment verification, and initial listing setups directly over the phone.

●Drive Engagement & Sales: Assist sellers with gathering high-quality photos, detailed descriptions, and market-accurate pricing; proactively follow up on stale listings and facilitate buyer-seller connections.

●Manage Relationships: Maintain regular touchpoints with a portfolio of accounts,

understanding their specific operations, seasonal needs, and inventory goals.

●Gather Insights & Feedback: Collect actionable feedback from ranchers on platform

usability and feature enhancements, communicating insights directly to leadership.

●Represent TruHerd In-Person: Attend select industry auctions, conferences, and ranch

visits to foster community connections.
