Responsibilities Reporting to the Professional Services Manager, the CAD Implementer will undertake and occasionally lead activities related to the introduction, design, development, configuration, installation, and support of Octave’s computer aided dispatch products and applications specializing in the Public Safety industry (9-1-1, Law Enforcement, Fire Protection Service, Emergency Medical Service).
