About the position

Spencer Stuart is seeking an Associate for the Telecommunications & Digital Infrastructure team within its broader Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) Practice. The role works directly with the global practice leader and other core Consultants on CEO and other C-level executive searches. As an essential member of search teams, the Associate conducts research, assesses candidates, builds relationships, and helps develop diverse candidate slates to deliver service and value to clients. The work includes developing search strategies, identifying and assessing candidates, building client and candidate relationships, preparing client materials and progress updates, maintaining accurate assignment information in the firm’s proprietary database, and contributing to business development and firm initiatives. Successful candidates are driven, resilient, proactive, intellectually curious, detail-oriented, results-focused, and strong in project management and writing; industry understanding is advantageous. Total compensation includes a performance-based discretionary bonus, healthcare benefits, and a starting base salary of \$100,000–\$130,000. Spencer Stuart is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer committed to nondiscrimination.
