WORK FROM HOME Entry Level Agent

About the position

Globe Life AO is hiring a remote, independent-contractor Client Success Specialist to support current and prospective clients. The role involves engaging with multiple clients each day, sharing product knowledge, providing support, guiding new members through enrollment, and developing solutions aligned with client goals. It offers commission-based, performance-driven compensation rather than an hourly or salaried wage, with uncapped earning potential described in the posting. The opportunity is 100% work from home and includes virtual training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and professional development. No prior insurance experience is required. Before conducting licensed insurance activities, candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License and complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state requirements at their own expense. Candidates provide their own computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace, and must participate in virtual meetings. The position is intended for self-motivated, coachable people who can work independently and with a team and who are interested in a performance-based career with opportunities for professional growth and advancement. Candidates must be at least 18 and legally eligible to work in the United States. Licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and will be reviewed during hiring and onboarding.

  • Guide new clients through the enrollment process.
  • Address client needs with care and professionalism.
  • Create and evaluate tailored plans that align with client goals.
  • Respond promptly to client questions and concerns.
  • Use networking strategies to expand business outreach.
  • Follow state regulations and company policies.
  • Organize appointments and schedules to optimize productivity.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age.

  • Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
  • Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and in team-oriented settings.
  • Strong work ethic and drive to succeed.

Nice-to-haves

  • No prior insurance experience is required; training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.

Benefits

  • Virtual workshops and world-class training.
  • Weekly pay and performance-based bonuses.
  • Union contract and representation (OPEIU Local 277).
