Strategic Account Executive (Remote)

About the position

OfficeSpace Software is hiring a Strategic Account Executive to own growth across a portfolio of its highest-value strategic accounts. The role focuses on building, expanding, and protecting complex enterprise relationships through multi-year expansion strategies aligned with clients’ business priorities. The executive acts as a value architect and partner to client leadership, using data, AI, and commercial discipline to drive measurable business outcomes. The position involves creating pipeline within existing accounts independently of renewal cycles, leading complex multi-stakeholder sales motions, and positioning OfficeSpace’s platform as a mission-critical operating system. The Strategic Account Executive works closely with Client Success, Product, and Solutions teams to develop account strategy, support adoption, uncover new use cases, and expand platform adoption. The role also requires rigorous pipeline management, forecasting, and coordination across internal and client stakeholders. OfficeSpace describes its culture as performance-driven, technology-forward, collaborative, and focused on ownership, growth, and innovation. The company operates in the US, Canada, and Costa Rica and states its commitment to a diverse workforce and job-related, nondiscriminatory employment decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts by developing and executing multi-year expansion strategies aligned with clients’ business priorities.
  • Develop strategic account plans that turn client priorities into actionable expansion plays with value hypotheses, timelines, and deal strategies.
  • Proactively create and close pipeline within existing accounts by identifying whitespace, shaping opportunities, and aligning with executive-level priorities.
  • Lead complex, multi-threaded sales motions with economic buyers and stakeholders across business, finance, and operations.
  • Position and sell platform-level solutions around measurable business outcomes rather than product features.
  • Partner with Client Success, Product, and Solutions teams to coordinate account strategy, unlock use cases, and support adoption that fuels expansion.
  • Lead executive conversations connecting OfficeSpace capabilities to initiatives such as cost optimization, workforce productivity, and real estate strategy.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline and deal management, including high-quality opportunities, accurate forecasts, and clear deal progression.
  • Expand deal scope and value beyond initial use cases toward broader platform adoption across workplaces, assets, and employee experience.
  • Coordinate internal and client stakeholders to deliver client impact and commercial outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5–10+ years of SaaS sales experience across Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
  • Proven complex B2B or enterprise sales experience, including creating and closing large, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to create pipeline within existing accounts independently of contract timing.
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders, including CFOs, COOs, and CIOs, through business-focused conversations.
  • Strategic thinking and deal-shaping ability, including translating ambiguous client needs into expansion strategies and value propositions.
  • Experience selling platform or multi-product solutions focused on outcomes, ROI, and long-term transformation.
  • Strong discovery and multi-threading skills, building relationships across organizational functions and levels.
  • High ownership and accountability, with a bias toward action and results.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, Product, and technical teams to drive adoption and expansion.
  • Comfort working in a high-change, performance-driven environment with expectations around pipeline creation, deal quality, and quota attainment.
  • Intellectual curiosity and business acumen to understand client industries, uncover strategic opportunities, and connect them to platform value.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience as an Agentic AI early adopter.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive and competitive benefits packages globally, designed to support employees’ health, well-being, and financial security.
