Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous, results‑oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist – Prior Authorization to join our dynamic claims processing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Data Capture: Enter data from scanned or processed images into the arenaflex data capture system with precision.
  • Production Targets: Meet or exceed hourly volume goals while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform self‑checks and collaborate with quality teams to ensure data accuracy above management‑set minimums.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and suggest enhancements to increase efficiency.
  • Compliance: Adhere to corporate compliance policies, HIPAA regulations, and client data security protocols.
  • Workstation Management: Keep your remote workstation organized, secure, and ready for daily tasks.

  • Health Claims Experience: Prior experience in health claims processing, including familiarity with claims software and related tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and consistency in data entry.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple applications.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with active listening and negotiation capabilities.
