  • Apply structured approaches to sensitive and complex employee-relations matters
  • Develop reference investigation reports, recommendations, and performance-management documentation

  • Apply compensation benchmarking methodologies and market-data analysis
  • Create reference compensation analyses and recommendations
  • Assess pay structures for internal consistency, market competitiveness, and organisational fit
  • Evaluate AI-generated compensation decisions for analytical quality and practical relevance

HR Compliance & Employment Law

  • Create scenarios involving employment-law compliance and HR policy implementation
  • Apply relevant US frameworks such as Title VII, FLSA, ADA, and applicable state employment laws where appropriate
  • Apply international frameworks including the UK Employment Rights Act and relevant EU labour directives where applicable
  • Evaluate HR policies, workplace decisions, and employee-relations processes for compliance considerations
  • Identify legal, procedural, or documentation gaps in proposed HR responses

Organisational Development & HR Systems

  • Develop scenarios involving organisational design, restructuring, workforce effectiveness, and change initiatives
  • Apply knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and comparable systems

  • Assess organisational structures and people processes against business objectives
  • Produce reference organisational-design proposals and HR operating recommendations

  • Design expert-level evaluation tasks across HR and people-management workflows
  • Draft reference outputs demonstrating strong professional HR judgement
  • Develop rubrics that distinguish senior-level reasoning from generic or certification-level responses
  • Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness, compliance awareness, and practical relevance
  • Identify subtle reasoning errors, unrealistic recommendations, and missing workforce considerations
  • Provide clear written rationale supporting evaluation decisions

Ideal Profile

  • 5+ years of professional experience in human resources, people operations, talent management, employee relations, compensation, or organisational development
  • Senior-level experience as an HR Leader, HR Director, VP of Human Resources, Chief People Officer, CHRO, HR Consultant, or comparable professional
  • Direct ownership of talent programmes, employee-relations matters, compensation design, workforce planning, or organisational initiatives
  • Strong understanding of HR methodologies including workforce planning, compensation benchmarking, performance management, and employee-relations investigations
  • Familiarity with enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, applicant tracking systems, and compensation benchmarking tools
  • Strong practical understanding of employment-law compliance within relevant jurisdictions
  • Experience with US employment frameworks, international employment standards, or both
  • Ability to communicate complex HR reasoning clearly and precisely in writing
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or an equivalent recognised professional credential is strongly preferred

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

When you're working on a remote team, there's no way to chat in the hallway between meetings or catch up on the latest project during an office carpool. Therefore, virtual communication will be absolutely essential to get your work done...

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?
