This opportunity is designed to attract top clinical talent for full-time and per diem roles across multiple service areas, including Vero Beach, Port St. Lucie and Stuart. We are seeking highly skilled RNs to deliver acute-level care in the home setting, supporting patients who would otherwise require hospitalization. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in dynamic environments, deliver high-acuity care in the home while completing timely, accurate clinical documentation in Kinnser (WellSky), and are passionate about advancing patient-centered care models.
- Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, acute-level nursing care in a home setting as part of the Hospital at Home program
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition with strong clinical judgment
- Deliver advanced clinical interventions while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction
- Accurately document care in electronic medical records (EMR)
- Adhere to program workflows, response expectations, and professional standards
- Requirements
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Recent hospital-based experience required (Acute Care, ICU, ER, or Step-Down)
- Proven ability to collaborate within interdisciplinary clinical teams
