We do both, and our clients don't have to choose. We're hiring our first Head of Growth. You'll own paid, CRO and CRM across our client portfolio and build the function: how we plan campaigns, how we build them and how we report. As the accounts grow, you'll build the team around you. This is a hands-on role. You'll run campaigns yourself in Meta and Google Ads, work in GA4, Klaviyo and Shopify, and collaborate with our creative strategists and content leads. Your responsibilities<ul><li>Paid social: Full campaign management on Meta and TikTok. Setup, structure, budget pacing, audience and retargeting architecture, creative rotation, A/B testing and scaling decisions.</li><li>Paid search: Google Ads across Search, Shopping and Performance Max. Campaign structure, keywords, feed quality, bidding and budget allocation.</li><li>CRM and lifecycle: Email and SMS programmes in Klaviyo.
