You will take ownership of quality control documentation, ensuring all necessary tasks are signed off during each client media cycle. Additionally, you will be responsible for issue resolution and prevention, ensuring all corrections are implemented and root cause analysis is conducted. Building strong relationships, you will foster collaboration and trust with both the airline team and external stakeholders/partners.
