About the position

The Producer provides hands-on coordination and administrative support for assigned Studio photo and video shoots across Newell Brands. Working within established Studio processes and under manager guidance, the role helps organize shot lists, schedules, samples, props, project records, and shoot-day logistics. • Check incoming project materials against established requirements and flag missing details or questions for manager review.
  • Share approved production information with photographers, stylists, post-production teams, Digital Asset Coordinators, and other assigned partners as directed.
  • Assist with pre-production preparation, including schedule updates, sample tracking, props, ordering, crew details, locations, equipment, and logistics checklists.
  • Attend kickoffs and pre-production meetings to capture notes, document action items, and follow up on assigned tasks.
  • Follow established content governance and Studio workflows; help organize project files, required approvals, and production documentation.
  • Update assigned schedules and status trackers using designated Studio tools; flag timing changes, conflicts, or missing handoffs to the Studio Manager.
  • Help prepare production-to-post-production and Digital Asset Coordination handoff materials using established checklists and file requirements.
  • Assist with receiving, labeling, organizing, moving, and returning products and props for assigned shoots.
  • Support readiness of props, photographic equipment, and Studio supplies by reporting damage, missing items, or replenishment needs.
  • Work with photographers and stylists to gather approved props and production materials for planned shoots.
  • Assist with sourcing and purchasing props or production materials after direction and required approvals are provided.
  • Participate in location scouting and production preparation tasks as requested.
  • Provide shoot-day logistical support, including talent and crew check-in, schedule updates, craft services, releases, and communication with approved vendors as directed.
  • Help collect estimates, prepare booking requests for approval, file receipts, and update expense trackers; escalate scope, budget, timing, or contract questions to Studio leadership.

Requirements

  • Organized, detail-oriented, dependable, adaptable, and committed to accurate follow-through.
  • Collaborative and solutions-minded, with a willingness to learn and ask questions when guidance is needed.
  • Ability to manage assigned tasks, follow checklists, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow established workflows, take direction, and raise questions or issues promptly.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and share accurate information with team members and partners.
  • Foundational organization, time-management, and task-tracking skills, with consistent follow-up.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in production support, project coordination, or a related field; relevant internships or project-based experience are considered.
  • Working knowledge of Office 365.
