Working the night shift, you will be the trusted voice that helps customers resolve card‑related issues, understand rewards, and navigate their accounts with confidence. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle 100+ inbound and outbound customer interactions per shift via phone, chat, or digital messaging platforms.
  • Provide empathetic, accurate assistance on card activations, reward redemptions, payment processing, lost or stolen card reporting, and APR or statement inquiries.
  • Utilize arenaflex’s proprietary systems, standard screens, and verbatim scripts to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Document each interaction meticulously, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal risk‑management policies.
  • Escalate high‑risk or complex cases to senior management promptly, maintaining a clear line of communication throughout the escalation process.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including fraud, compliance, and product development—to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience.
  • Continuously meet or exceed performance metrics such as average handle time, first‑call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
