  • Initiate new relationships within the industry through referrals, associations, and networking.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales quota on a quarterly basis.
  • Demonstrate the ability to excel in high-level conversations, including frequent engagement with C-suite leaders and multi-business-unit stakeholders, to drive strategic enterprise growth.
  • Lead complex, multi-party enterprise negotiations, including contract structuring, pricing strategy, and alignment with legal, finance, product, and executive leadership.
  • Own renewal, retention, and risk management across strategic accounts, using proactive forecasting and executive-level relationship development.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that incorporate long-term growth opportunities and cross-functional alignment.
  • Focus on Zillow's largest, most complex, and highest-visibility partners, acting as a trusted advisor capable of influencing enterprise business outcomes.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Zillow Group, representing the best interests of the company, its advertisers, and industry partners.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence product roadmaps, marketing strategies, and sales process improvements.
  • Provide internal leadership by mentoring other Strategic Account Management employees, elevating team performance, and contributing to onboarding, best-practice development, and thought leadership across the broader organization.
  • Act as a strategic contributor to enterprise go-to-market evolution, identifying new opportunities, supporting early-stage product pilots, and shaping approaches for emerging or high-impact initiatives.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, determining methods and procedures on new or special assignments, and leading cross-functional workstreams as needed.
